Windows 2000 error message

When rebooting:
Can not end this program, more time is needed or....
c:\winnt\system32\setups.exe
Locks up

setups.exe is not a Win2000 system file. It could be
a virus. Find out where it is located, then rename it
to setups.bad and watch what happens.
