Hi folks,

a friend of mine has a box running windows 2000 in the lastest updated
version and gets in four out of five start up of this machine an
error, which tells him, that cmuda.sys has caused an error. This all
on the blue screen of death. The system stops and needs 5-10 reboots,
till it finally comes up.

This is occuring since he had to remove the blaster virus. He has
updated all possible drivers, etc. since, yet no avail.

Any suggestions, both to the forum and my email please,

Thanks,

Dirk

cmuda.sys is a sound card driver. Rename it to avoid the
BSOD issue, then reload the whole sound card driver.
